This Privacy Policy describes how Tripmaster GPS (“the App”) handles your data.

In short: we do not collect your data. The App runs entirely on your device.

1. What we collect — nothing on our servers

Tripmaster GPS does not operate any server, account, or backend. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, GPS readings, usage statistics, or analytics on our infrastructure.

2. Data used locally on your device

The App needs the following to function:

2.1 Location data

• Source: your device’s GPS / GNSS sensors.
• Used for: displaying your position, speed, distance, altitude, and signal quality in real time.
• Storage: never stored, never transmitted. Each reading is processed in memory and discarded.
• Permission: you can revoke location access at any time in your OS settings. The App will then stop computing any location-derived value.

2.2 App preferences

Settings such as units (km/h vs mph), theme, display language, and similar choices are stored locally on the device using the operating system’s standard preferences mechanism. They are never transmitted.

2.3 In-app purchase status (Pack Pro)

Whether you have purchased the Pack Pro is stored locally and verified with Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing. This verification is handled by Apple or Google, governed by their respective privacy policies.

3. What we do not do

• No user accounts.
• No cloud sync, no backup to our servers.
• No analytics SDK, no crash-reporting service.
• No advertising SDK, no advertising identifiers.
• No third-party trackers.
• No cookies (it is a native app).
• No location data ever leaves your device.

4. Third parties

The App relies on operating-system services for GPS access (Apple Core Location / Android Location Services) and for in-app purchases (Apple StoreKit / Google Play Billing). These services are governed by Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies, not ours.

The App does not embed any other third-party SDK that processes your personal data.

5. Children

The App does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. It is suitable for users of any age, subject to your platform’s age guidelines.

6. Your rights (GDPR / equivalent regulations)

Because we do not collect your personal data, most rights granted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection) are de facto satisfied: there is no data on our side to access, rectify, erase, or port. The only data exists on your device and is under your sole control — you can wipe it by uninstalling the App.

If you nonetheless contact us with a privacy request, we will reply within 30 days.

7. Support emails

If you contact support@twixtech.com, your email address and message content are processed by our email provider for the sole purpose of replying to you. We do not use this data for marketing and we do not share it with third parties.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be published at the same URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted in the App’s release notes.
